Yukon Studio Bespoke fitted furniture

Yukon Studio is the design practice of furniture maker Nick Warner.

I first started making furniture as a teenager, and I soon came to understood that I enjoyed designed practical, storage based furniture that seamlessly blends into the architecture of its environment.

I’m not a artisan woodworker who spends 6 months crafting a hardwood dining table with dovetail joints and inlaid marquetry. I use modern technology, techniques and materials to make Danish and Japanese mid-century fitted furniture.

I love working with soft-industrial materials like birch plywood, formica, glass and Valchromat. I hate MDF but work with it a lot, and acknowledge that for certain parts of a bigger build, or for projects with a lower budget, it has its use and its place.
